Dr. Buhr is a Licensed Psychologist and Director of the North Shore Stress and Anxiety Clinic, where she provides specialized care for adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety and mood difficulties. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, specific phobias, health anxiety, insomnia, low self-esteem, stress-related concerns, and depression.
Dr. Buhr is certified in CBT by the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (CACBT-ACTCC) and is a registered provider for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC).
